Delivery
- Free Shipping on Orders Above Rs. 1000 in Pakistan.
- International Shipping charges apply as per Weight.
- We use Multiple Shipping Partners for Deliveries.
- For Pakistan orders, the currency is automatically used as (PKR)
- For International orders, Please whatsapp us your order and we will calculate the shipping and order amount with payment methods.
- For Pakistan we use M&P, Leopards Courier and Pakistan Post.
- For International Orders we only use Fedex/DHL.
- Delivery in Pakistan is usually completed within 2-3 working days and most of the time it is done next working day.
- International Deliveries are completed within 5 to 10 working days.
- Tax and Duties – For international orders in your home country – It is customer’s responsibility to deal with any tax or duties by their country.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Every order that we deliver, we make sure to check and pack the item properly before dispatch.
- However, In case if the item is different than what was ordered or it is damaged, we offer Full Refund and Exchange for such items.
- Return Procedure for such items – We get the product collected from your doorstep for exchange or refund.
- Refunds are made once the item is received by Pakistan Handicrafts.
- Change of Mind – In case you order something you don’t like or you change your mind after receiving the item, We will exchange it within 5 days of receiving the order. For such items it is customer’s responsibility to get them delivered to Pakistan Handicrafts.
- Refunds and Exchanges are only available within 5 Days of receiving the order.
- For international orders – Full refund is issued in case of damaged products.
- For returns, customer will be responsible for return charges of goods – Refund is issues once all the items are received.
